Veigar Change

When they first changed Veigar I was one of the few that were ok with the changes. The stun took longer to proc and his Q was changed to a skill shot. I loved these changes because I loved the change to his Q and thought it was awesome to get 2 kills with one Q. Now you could also shoot into bushes with his Q without having to target. I loved the new veigar.

But the new NEW veigar... I hate it. This new ultimate sucks. He no longer can burst like he used to. He is no longer an anti mage. Still playable. It's going to take some getting used to.. But... I hate it. I will roll with the changes but... I hate it. I will try to learn to love it I guess...

Um. Go home. You're drunk. His old ultimate was bad design because it automatically ruined any AP champion matchup while making him absolutely worthless against any non-AP. Sure, he's no longer anti-mage. He's just anti-everyone, like he should be.

Gotta correct you there, friend. His old ult before retooled had scaling ABOVE 100% of his AP. The 80% enemy ability power was just a bonus. =P

To say that veigar was useless against AD champs isn't true. With his ult I used to be able to nuke the ADC and champions like ZED or FIZZ or any of Veigar's counters. You were able to nuke tanks as well if your AP was high enough and they didn't build full MR.

It's true. His ult.'s an execute now not primary burst. Still, I think it's fine.

A Q W R is now more effective against everyone but mages. against mages its pretty much the same if not slightly less damage then it used to be.

His ult can still half health someone, his burst is arguably better since it works on everyone and not just mages.

His ult did more damage when they had full health. It had a lot more burst. You didn't have to chip them down with other abilities to get damage form his ult. This is what I mean.

It's not like you ulted first before(unless really fed against an ap to one shot them), you still wanted to land at least q then ult to finish them off.

I feel like I've used my Ult when they were at 50% hp and literally watch it do almost nothing. I used to be able to do more with his ult. I feel when I stacked enough AP before it already worked as sort of an execute on tanks because it did so much damage. I know it bothers people when players bitch about changes... but I just gotta say how I feel. Like before, I feel like Heimerdinger was no problem to lane against. Now he's a problem. I used to be able to farm minions and his towers and eventually just NUKE him. Now It's a lot more difficult to handle him. I end up running out of mana to fight off his turrets because of the new passive. I like that the new passive stacks on abilities hit but I wish that he kept his regen. But I guess that would make him OP? Idk sorry to bother you guys with my foolish opinion :D

When I first played with the veigar changes I liked it but... now I'm having second thoughts. If I have to wait for the enemies health to be really low to execute I might as well just hit him with a regular ability. I may be thinking irrational. xP
