For year in review, why are many stats exclusively only from ranked?

I played a majority of my games in Norms this year, so I'm a quite sad as I'm guessing a bunch of the things from a year in a review are relative only to ranked games. Got some skewed statistics such as, "Longest game is 38:11"

Before you say, "Well that just about sums up this season anyways" I honestly want some realistic results for the crazy things that have happened during my many hours spent in normals this season, and not for the 12 hours I've spent in Ranked this Season.

Totally agree here. I get crazy nervous trying to play ranked most of the time and would have enjoyed getting to see my stats over the year to gauge where I've been most successful in norms and just reminisce in general. Wish they would've had a tab separate for normal queue or something.

Oh well. Guess I'll just have to take my analysis of the 10 total ranked games I played on Jhin, Rakan, and Brand and leave it at that. ¯\(ツ)

I love what Riot has put together with the Year Review, but I think it needs to ignore certain types of matches (or give us the option to).

Apparently, it's a memorable event to get a Pentakill as Yasuo.... in a vs. AI match.

Also, where did you see your longest/shortest games in this "Year in Review"? Maybe I'm just stupid but I don't think I've seen that in mine.

Meanwhile it takes stats from bot games for me. I know that's the only place where I'd actually not play support and have good stats, but why?

I too played many more normals than ranked matches, but I don't really mind.

I'd imagine ranked flex allowed them to remove normals. Many people treat Flex like a normals queue anyways (and it literally replaced normals in some regions).

I'd also guess that many players complained about normal matches skewing their review. Like having their KDA destroyed by a bunch of games on champions they don't know. Ranked is where you're evaluated, so it sort of makes sense. I'm glad to see a few highlights from the ranked season, since I stopped playing ranked months ago. It's particularly nice to go back and see the game I carried 15/1/27, be told I killed a baron at 20:02 (would love to know what game that was), and to see that despite being gold all my stats for top lane are superior to diamond players and similar to Master, and for mid are similar to Diamond players (which honestly makes some sense, since my normal MMR is in the top 4% and has been as high as top 2%, and I just don't play much ranked to climb).

Also nice to see that I lost to Poppy a whopping 87.5% of the time - really justifies that she was my go-to ban for the majority of the season (and only really got through when I didn't have a ban) (my go-to J4 top just gets crushed by her).

It doesn't take Stats only out of Ranked Games though :O In Ranked Games, I play only support, so I obviously don't get any Pentas. But it still listed all my Pentas that happened in Normal Games. Also, the Winrate of my most played champions is not the Ranked Game winrate, but the total winrate out of all games (including normals). Am I getting something wrong or which stats do you mean specifically?
