How to fix Ekko without removing utility.

Just add a super high scaling AP ratio to his abilities that decrease per champion level. And basically completely remove base damage. Everything about him should scale on AP if you want a healthy AP assassin Ekko.

Result: When building tank: No damage, and No utility = completely useless.

When building AP: Great damage, and fair utility = more easily balanced with counter play.
