Suggestion for not gutting Soraka support

Just make it so her self-heal only activates if she heals an ally.

Second thoughts: Due to the lesser usefulness of ability now, lower mana cost on Q so it doesn't penalize her too hard when she heals her adc at full health in order to heal herself. Whereas before, she would be able to play more aggressively in lane and just use Q to heal back up, and maybe share some with ADC too.

Overall, I think this change would make a slight shift in playstyle change for soraka/ADC duo that now makes Soraka's aggressive plays a little less forgiving.

Feel free to continue discussion, I don't think this is perfect, but would make a lot more people happy than unhappy.

I have an idea, maybe balance the game so that Soraka is not the best top laner. Start by nerfing every source of damage in the game.

I think the nerfing her Q damage to minions is a BUFF to Soraka support while also gutting her solo lane, and honestly should just be hotfixed in.

W Giving her a "Starcaller's sympathy" buff for 10 seconds that heals her when she lands Q is fine too, and certainly wouldn't really impact bot lane at all except level QEW Soraka builds.
