Riot PLS no +10% CDR on Supportitems

9/1 PBE Update: Star Guardian Login Tweaks, Baron skin, and More Tentative Balance Changes

As a suppportplayer I have to say : DON'T DO IT! I already have to much CDR when playing Lulu or Karma (not recently cause they are not that strong but CDR stays the same) because 10% / + 10% + 10% + 10% / is already 40%... It even gets worse if u want to build or because I don't want to build to much CDR that is wasted. I think it would be better to wait for that till preseason because of that rune that converts CDR to DMG if u hit the cap. Or u could change so it gives like 29% stats as bonus but no CDR.

Perhaps there is a new rune in the pipeline that gives a benefit to extra CD, the way that there's an upcoming overhealing one? Just a thought.

Yeah it is... _ Overcharger +1% CDR per level, up to +10% CDR at level 10. Each percent of excess CDR is converted to +2 Ability Power or +1.4 Attack Damage, Adaptive._ http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/features/coming-preseason-runes-reforged

Tho... preseason is some months so they could delay it ( as I already wrote )...

Well I always liked the extra AP, that's why I build it on karma/lulu/sona, and I don't think of the champs you listed (besides zyra) as supporters. Anyways, I agree they are not playable as supports right now and now I can understand better why they do this change. Thx for that info!
