Am I the only one who gets the same stuff out of chests and "the other chests" often?

Soon and then (since event chests) I get the same stuff that I got on a capsule or Orbs in a consecutive Chest. I never got any wardskin ( I didn't like the one I got as loot was new -> disenchant) but now I got the SKT T1 kkOma ward twice this week.... a month ago I got Sandtrooper Garen, then I rerolled him and a week later I got him again. This is just kind of taking the fun or exitement of getting a NEW skin I sometimes never even heard of before...
