Buff Phase Rush
IMO, phase rush nerfs were a bit harsh, I would hope Riot buffs it to something like 25-50%, to make it feel not just like a direct nerf to stormraiders surge. [zombie-nunu-tears]

miao wa seed2 votesAgreed. Longer CD and lower ms boost at lower lvls. It is too weak compared to the other two keystones in sorcery. Mid laners in early game would have 0 advantage to exchange if your opponent brings meteor/ aery since the early ms boost is too weak.
Even1 votesI agree, I feel like I am putting myself at a disadvantage in fights early due to the lack of combat stats gained by almost all other keystones, and the movespeed boost doesn't seem like enough to compensate for that. I really hope Riot does something to make it feel more worth taking.
