Is FID on PBE for his updates?

Can anyone on PBE who plays Fiddlesticks let me know how his jungle clear is now?

-I love the 100%dmg to monsters buff off the E thats huge. -I love the Crowstorm ULT cool down.

My only concern is if mana is a bigger issue in the jungle now?

IF this goes through the following will happen

Mid fiddle nerfed (.05% play rate to none) Jungle fiddle not changed (this didnt address any of his problems) support fiddle tad stronger but more mana heavy.

Poeple aren't listen to me so its whatever.
