Lux needs a nerf

^^^ Her Ult cooldown is literally bullshit late, the same with q. When she had 2/1 last game, she hit me with 1 e for 30% of my health (I had like 2k hp)

My main problem with lux is that catcher and burst mage have a very toxic synergy, and with some utility in the form of a shield as well her kit makes it feel as if the opponent has no agency in the fight. there's also the fact that her hitboxes are badly done, making the few attempts at counterplay that should be possible a lot harder to pull off
