He is irrelevant. Honestly he doesn't get as much attention as T1 did back then. So Riot obviously ignores him until it's "too much" attention. Right now, only a few thousand watch his videos and his streams don't have many viewers.

Last time I asked support about him they said something was being done or planning to be done but he couldnt say exactly what or how soon. Take what you want from that tid bit.
