Ezreal is still arguably one of the most boring champs to fight

He builds 3 mana items, one of which is a tank item that gives him perma slows.

His entire gameplay strategy is to sit far away and throw 600 damage 1 second qs with the occasional w. Engaging on him is near impossible because he has a perma flash. A fed ezreal can assassinate anyone in half a second a feeding ezreal can sit really far away and make playing the game beyond boring.

If hes going to be like this could you at least make it so the 1.5 second cd reduction only applies to q and w? So he doesnt just spam ult on cd and have a 6 second cd flash?

Ezreal has some changes on the PBE.

They are removing the AP scaling on his Q and increasing the AP scaling on his W. His Q will deal significantly less damage, especially with an AP build, and landing that 1-2 combo will be much more important to his rotation rather than just sitting back and poking forever.

His winrate isn't even that high, and he is COMPLETELY skill based. If Ezreal beats you it's because you didn't dodge his abilities. It's literally that simple. There's literally no reason to complain about him when adc's like Jinx and Twitch can literally aoe auto your team to death from super far away.
