Just my thoughts

So, disclaimer: It's late, I'm bored AND tired, and I am not smart enough (nor do I know enough) to presume to know how to balance champs in this game properly, but with that said here are my thoughts about Yasuo WAIT DON'T GO!

This isn't a rant, this isn't some "Yasuo is so bleh", nah, that's been done too much. This is just my thoughts on the subject

Thought 1: Yasuo is manageable, but incredibly annoying. I think it's safe to say that Yasuo is a lot like Riven, manaless champ centered around dashing. He can be killed (I know, I've done it a few times) but trying to solo him as a caster mage is generally a mistake. You have to get through several layers of his champ design before you can get to meaningful damage, but it can be done. For me, xerath works pretty well, since his two primary damage spells ignore his windwall and do more damage than his shield can take. Couple things to remember though: Watch out for ganks, and if he catches up to you, you are dead or you flashed/exhausted/barriered.

Thought 2: Yasuo's kit is wonky, because his E is amazingly strong, but without it people wouldn't recognize him as Yasuo. Let's be real here, without his dash, people would throw a fit about it. This leaves us with only a couple of options: leaving him as is, re-tooling him to distribute power more evenly or differently, or to give him a full rework. I don't know enough about champ balance to say what would be best, but my hope is that his dashing get's some of the "kick" taken out of it, giving him a limit on how many times he can dash given a specific timeframe.

Thought 3: With how his passive works in conjunction with bloodlust, his old problems are only made worse. Yasuo has always been a problem (in my eyes) when he has 100% crit and something like 30% lifesteal along with however much AD. He has always been able to heal back to full off of a single minion wave come this point, but what bloodlust does is give him an extra "tank" stat that he shouldn't have because he is meant to be a squishy melee carry. I think. I honestly don't remember what Yasuo is meant to be because I've seen nearly every Yasuo build under the sun, even AP Yasuo.

Look, I get it. Yasuo is annoying, I hate him so much because of it, but I can at least deal with him since I understand what he does and how to work against it. Removing him isn't the right option at all, but in my own opinion he does need some small level of rework. His kit gives him too much power to catch anyone regardless of class/counterplay, while at the same time dodging abilities with his dashes and windwalls which are instant cast.
