What items to build on lissandra?

i have taken a liking to playing lissandra to the point of spamming her in games. ive been watching gameplay videos on youtube when im not playing the game. i watched a montage video adn each player was using a different build. my question is what items do you build and how do you know when to build them. ive seen protobelt rushes, rod of ages rushes and even ludens echo and abysal mask rushes. when i play her i usually go ludens first item but im not even sure if that is a good rush item for her.

Most of the time rush protobelt if you want to deal any meaningful damage in the early game. If you're up against an enemy that you can't kill under any circumstances ( a toplaner tank for example ) build RoA. If you need better waveclear, build Luden's. She has very versatile buildpaths, almost every single ap item is good on her.

also when choosing runes if you are against squishy champion you can burst take thunder from dominant path and if you are up against tanky champ that cant really be one shot so easily take comet
