Is it better to leave it uncapped ?
Also I unchecked the vertical sync and my FPS increased I didn't have any issues til patch 8.2 what's going on?

Having it capped reduces screen tearing. That's what v-sync does. No matter what, you'll be stuck at the refresh rate of you monitor. normally 60hz (60fps), unless you have a higher refresh rate. The game itself will render at whatever framerate your computer can handle. Mine is around 200fps uncapped, but there's really no point of having it uncapped.
And are you having an FPS issue or just asked about capped framerate?
