Is orianna still strong or she really got nerfed big time?

I think this puts her in a situation where now she isn't just oh pick me I'll be safe in most matchups. Now her laning and trades are weaker early, but still pretty strong.
"W base damage decreased, buffer range with Q decreased. E shield decreased." Overall Orianna got a nerf, but she is still one of the top 10 mid laners right now, guaranteed.

Idk I am not having success lately due to lethality buffs. Any AD champion with any mobility that buys lethality will just delete you 24/7. Imo unless you are high elo or 5 premade she sucks because she cant solo carry.
She's still strong. Yes, they nerfed her numbers. Early game isn't gonna be as stompy as it used to be, but mid - late you wont notice a difference. She's still an excellent pick. Just gotta get used to the feeling of the W change, and even then, it really doesn't feel THAT different.

Diamond 4 Ori main here, about 600 games this season. She is just as strong mid to late game in my opinion, but her early game is definitely weaker with laning. Combination of taking more damage from the shield nerf and 10 less poke does equate to losing more lanes sadly.
