I'm getting Elise, Diana, and hecarim when they go on sale next month.
I have 6300 IP so I'm trying to get a new champ.
I'm looking for a carry top or jungler. I'm looking at Lee sin, kha, or wukong.
On a side note, how is velkoz mid and late game?
Wukong is a solid choice. Strong early game, fun to play, and he stays relevant the rest of the game just because of his ult and passive. Although I've played velkoz, I don't have the experience to tell you about his mid/late.

Wukong is more noob friendly. He's your best bet. If you take extensive time into learning him, Lee Sin can be an excellent jungler and sometimes top laner. But is skill ceiling is very high. I'd stick with Wukong.
And Vel Koz is meh. Assassins, namely Zed, dominate the mid lane right now. He has little chance against the mid mobility prevalent right now. If you miss the knock up, you're simply dead.
