Ever since this season started Ive been trying my best to get out of bronze, but with no hope, everytime I win a game riot gives me 15-17 lp but if I lose just one game there goes 18-21 lp, so far Ive been ranking up and down like 20 times already Im still in bronze and cant leave. What happened with the old system where I only lost 6 lp now its 20.

Because you're in bronze 4 with bronze 5 MMR
You average 8+ deaths per game, and in your last Ekko game you died FIFTEEN times.
You're basically handing over 200 worth of CS whenever you die that many times, and are making it damn near impossible for your team to carry.
You need to focus on dying less and only going for a kill if you're sure that you won't die for it. Trading a 1:1 is almost never worth it because it gives your enemy gold to counter you. Especially since you play a lot of Teemo - he's a very easy champion to snowball on if you get a lead over him because of Lens and MR stacking, and his lack of mobility and CC. Also, you don't buy boots in half your games (!!!!!!!)
If you want to climb out of Bronze, do your best to die no more than 5 times in a game, Ideally you shouldn't be dying more than 3 times - and you should be getting an objective or a shutdown on a fed enemy (i.e. on a 9+ kill streak) for those 3 deaths.
Also, you should pick 1-3 characters to main and stick with them. You need to play a champion in over a hundred games to master them, even low skillcap champions. You need to learn exactly how much dmg your combo will do to them at any given point so you can make meaningful trades. You have a fairly decent w/l on Teemo, but he can't really carry a game by himself. You should focus on your Soraka play (AND DON'T TAKE GRASP OF THE UNDYING ON HER!!!!! UGGH), and possibly main a mid champion since you can control the map as a midlaner.
Also, as you win more games in a row, you'll gain more LP per win and lose less per loss.
