Login Screen

So Riot I wanted to address that I'm having a problem with the login screen, now what happens is that the animations on it start to glitch and will skip a frame every 2 seconds, so far I have googled the problem and no one seems to have it but me. I have also done everything I can to fix the issue but it still doesn't work. Rito Plz
