This item just didn't feel that strong beforehand, and as a top lane player that mainly plays stuff like Gnar/Kled, I pretty much built this every game (since every game I would see cancer like Jayce/Xin Zhao). However, it was probably a useless purchase, and I should've bought tabis. Now, it feels like a much better item.

You need 120 bonus armor to match its previous damage. So it's a nerf in the early and mid game and only a buff in the late game.
