With 75 ping and 60FPS League still feels very laggy

After playing heroes of the storm for a month, then coming back to League for URF, League feels incredibly laggy.

Actually, laggy isn't the right word. Unresponsive would be a better word I think.

When I click to move my character, there definitely feels to be a delay that's greater than 75 ms. Does anyone else feel that character movement is unresponsive?

Adjust your camera movement speed, do this in a tutorial game or practice game.

Set Mouse Speed 45

Camera Move Speed 40

Camera Move Speed Keyboard 40

Enable Smooth Camera
