the idea is that you change a some bust potential and in exchange receive the chance to cast spell quicker.
ChromeFluxx2 votesIf you reduce the ap on already set in stone mage items for more cdr when there are 2 items specifically meant to help with cdr and mana regen, then the whole item set would be so easy to get cdr that there would be no burst mages or assassin mages or dps mages that already have short cds. This would only help people like lux who have high base damage and cooldowns.
Your people will get a pass like the marksman update next, so dont bother changing items when they have changes on the way.
