Rework useless quints into something better

The support main in me thought about useless quints (Time spent dead, Experience, hell even GP10 is pretty bad too), and since I am a dirty Janna main, I love the idea of shields and peel. So instead of having these useless quints in the game that nobody uses outside of 1v1's or troll custom games, why not replace them with quints that are more useful and allow supports to have diverse rune pages that actually allow them to utilize their kit like other champions can.

Examples for quints:

2.5% heal and shield power (per quint, 3 quints would grant 7.5% total, which is less than Windspeakers and Forbidden Idol at 10%) 3 second Increased timer for sweeper per quint Increase ward carrying capacity and you are allowed to place one extra ward on the map per quint (which would encourage people to ward more, and everybody loves wards!)

I would love to hear what you guys think, and hopefully somebody at Riot will see this and pass it along to the appropriate people and maybe we can see some more variety coming to the support role soon outside of items and reworks :)

I don't know if you're aware, but it's been public news for months that the entire rune system is getting overhauled in 2017.

remove spell vamp quints and lifesteal. and add heal based on damage dealt. 2.5% each. sort of like gunblade. this is basically a scaling quint since it scales with ad or ap. so its pretty bad early game. so basically 7.5% late game which is half gunblade passive. reasonable. for a scaling rune.
