why hotfix singed but not duskblade?
quite a few cancer champs we finally thought were gone for our lives for a patch or two are immediately brought to relevance by this clearly overtuned item.

duskblade was hotfixed, and it's getting even more nerfs soon™
It was hotfixed. Some damage shifting and Ranged no longer apply the slow. It's not going to show on the Live Server version of the item until next patch, but it's there
