I'd like to bring back some old items because I'm old

I believe these items deserve to have a second chance at the game. They have some cool mechanics, most people probably haven't played against/with these items before. Runic Bulwark is a great item, it's pretty much a must build if it's available, but why not? Most tanks build the same items anyway these days.

Leviathan is a cool item I can see working well to snowball a Chogath, Ornn, Garen, Braum, or any front liner really. It's the HP version of or the removed Sword of the Occult. This item would need some serious base effectiveness and scaling buffs to deal with , but I think it'd be a cool item for a tank.

Kitae's Blood Razor is a really cool item that I bet most haven't played against. It's similar to a magic damage . Less damage for a less resisted stat, it's also % max hp, so the damage is consistent. It's great for diversifying against tanks.

Anyone have any old favourites that aren't with us today?

Also, can we finally buff my boy ? Maybe give the item a unique passive aura that while a champion with this item is within X units of an alley turret, that turret has 10-20% increased damage to Epic Monsters (rift herald/ ghost dragon) and Champions/Champion Summons.
