Playing Against Thresh. Rito Pls

Basically Eveytime i play against a thresh i somehow get hooked. It just feels like the hitbox is broke. Above is an imgur link of me being hooked by thresh and the ones on the page are what "I" believe to be unfair (especially the one where i get hooked in bot lane as cait).

Lets just say i hate thresh now.

If you look carefully, you can see that thresh's hook line is very thin, it would be really hard to land if the hitbox was accurate on him; making him underpowered.
