How is it possible for someone to have a 26% w/r? how can someone be that bad?

Spend 35 - 40 minutes on a tense close match to get 19 lp and then get matched with a jungler with a 26% w/r overall and my lp is lost in champ select. If only i realised that we had such a bad player i could have dodged for -3lp but its already too late.

Bot lane asks for gank - ignores them carries on jungling Bot lane dies GP has to leave lane to help team pre 13 - GP basically 0 barrels available jungler leaves game - 4v5 game over. Thanks riot. People in bronze 5 have a better w/r than that. Feelsbadman.

did anyone actually bother to look up the guys stats?

I did, it was a fizz player in gold 5 with a record of 9-19 at the time of the game.

Doesn't really look signifcant enough to dodge at a first glance

I have a 35%-ish winrate in ranked.

Mostly I just got lucky in my placements, got placed into Gold 2 and then rapidly got my winrate dumpstered because I was out of my league. Now I'm sitting in Gold 5 with my Silver 1 MMR.

Doesn't help that I took a 4 year break from the game.

i legit had a darius with 24% overall winrate on my promos to silver 2 awhile back.

naturally we lost after he went 0-10 before 14 minutes into a gangplank and afk'd.

I had a 20 game win streak once when I pulled up my teams profiles and then decide if i should dodge or not.

Example: I usually look up junglers and see thay have a 30% win rate nidalee over 20 games. "Dodge" or Teemo top and Nunu jungle. I dont want to carry 2 people and risk a lost. "Dodge"

There is more to it as well. I will never trust a shaco below plat "dodge" unless it is on the enemy team. Then once i hit 6 i got a new home. I would say the same thing about lee sin as well, but at least they can go tanky and be some what useful.
