League Performance chart (for ranks)
Is there a graph for a players rank over a season rather than just 7 days? The one on lolking only shows a 7 day performance chart but is there one that shows your performance throughout the entire year?

I think it's more like 7 days that you played, which could be over the whole year if you only play ranked on 7 days in the year :) (I think my history goes back to like... April or March, lol)
But you could make that website and see if other people like it. Maybe start doing the work now and see if you can shoehorn it into one of Riot's API challenges?
