People who dodge in aram should keep the champion they dodged with next time they queue up.
Also, they will be unable to reroll or trade with others. Other people will still be able to trade with them though.

Instead of dodging because of their own champion they now have a reason to dodge because of some other person's champion. Having the dodger keep their champion enables them to dodge in safety since they get to keep their's.
