taliya is most def not op not even close. she deserved damage nerfs from release. what she didnt deserve was that horrible w change . Makes her feel clunky as shit i played her a bit when she was released and thought she could use less damage for all that utility but since w change its hard as hell to even land a w so she just doesnt cut it aas a utility champ anymore u cant spam q in lane once u get worked ground in 2 spots 90% of ur damage goes out the window onlt time i can spam q is if i ultied into another lane mid game and aint going back to that lane for a while. I firmly belive the more ultity u have the less damage u should do but it literally feels like they killed her.
I can count her overloaded kit.Burst, extreme utility, engage, disengage, map pressure, knock up, AOE damage, low mana costs so spamming q skill.

I completely agree now Taliyah definitely deserved the nerf to her e ... Why... because she was never ment to be the high burst carry she was mostly played as.
Shes ment to be a utility mage who doesnt burst down one target but instead zones enemys with her kit and spreads that damadge to multipletargets in team fights
But to say she needs another nerf is going to far !!!
