Zac's slingshot isn't an ultimate though. There's a notable difference between the abilities.

The fact that her ult was stopped by half the CC in the game made it so unreliable as an engage that it is better used as an escape and a wall-hop than as her way into a fight.

Technically, any CC could interrupt. It's just that this example was a quite memorable LCS big play. (it was quite Hilarious actually)

Over all, without an interrupt, Riot seems to be pushing Shyv closer to the identity of a Diver. And I think the changes of replacing the Armor/MR bonuses with HP may help her in the Jungle a by synergizing with Cinderhulk.
