8.8 yi nerfs

Okay what the actual fuck, riot gave yi a buff that gave him 40% stronger damage, gave him a stronger mastery (conquerer), and a stronger item for his core build (guinsoos) when he was already in a stable position in the game. I am fine getting one shot when a champion takes skill, but yi literally builds titanic, guinsoos, yellow jungle, deadmans, statik, and some merc treads and he will one shot carries. Tanks can't fight him due to him true damage buffs+ conquerer. So will riot nerf him anytime soon? Curious on everyone's thoughts and maybe some advice.
