Malz's ult interacting with Kennen's

So I tried to ult him during his ult, and it went off so he was targetable and less than 1 second later he was still moving. I tried it again, same thing. How and why? If he was doing lightning rush during his ult and before me ulting, then he shouldn't be at all targetable and my ult shouldn't be wasted. Refund something or just don't make it go off, please. If my ult actually worked, then he was suppressed, and he couldn't've activated lightning rush to move. Or is he an exception?

Are you sure you didn't get stunned...?

How would he stun me if he's suppressed?

you would be in his ult and get stunned after 3 marks

Do you have a replay? I think seeing it will probably help.

Sadly, no.

His ult is an AoE, and while you ulted him, his ult was going off and he stunned you, thereby ending your ult. Kennen's ult does not get interrupted by anything.

Well some champs have 'cannot be disabled' etc message, looking at the gameinfo for Kennen, the vid doesn't have that, and the description doesn't mention it. /sigh So he is an exception. Thanks.

I don't think malz's ult is actually instant so he might've used item 3157 while you clicked on him?

Like I said, he was moving after 1s or less (with his lightning rush).

He uses void magic, teleporting himself instantly like that bad guy in Naruto

QSS/Merc Scim? I'm sure you looked for those though, they are the standard supression ult counter items.
