Fiora deals % max hp true dmg no wonder she deals dmg. Darius is made to deal dmg without having to buy dmg items. Also his so called "nuke" takes sometime ( he has to stack his bleed in order for his ulti to deal dmg )

I assume you mean full tank and deal tons of dmg. Because you wont be tanking that much if you build only dmg.

JAx has to buy dmg items to do anything and his resistances scale with his dmg sooo yeah. Rene falls of both on dmg and tankness later on

Both shy and tahm take a lot of time to kill someone As for both mal and galio they have base dmg and if they get fed they will hurt.
