Rek'sai tips
with the new preseason coming up, I'm wondering what masteries will work the best with 
and what runes and tips will be viable or useful in the new preseaon?

Depends on how you build her. If for damage then I go with the same masteries that I would use for jinx but if defense I would use mostly tank masteries. I suggest the later.
