why not void staff? make it 1.3k gold, with it giving 40 ap, ignoring 20% MR then make it build into two things, both costing 2.7k, giving 80 ap, and ignoring 35% MR idk what the passives of these two items could be, but we can think of something.

Thurst281 votesNew last whisper Builds are way stronger in there situational needs then the old. And the rod gets flat pen due to spells not all scaling 100% with AP like auto attacks do with AD. As well they have cool downs where an ADC will auto 2-3 times a second.
