I fling kled under tower as singed at lvl 2

we were both full hp and lvl 2,i fling him under tower and he gets 2 tower hits and i still lose trade(seems balanced).ofc he gets full hp 10 seconds later with new lizard.better hotnerf singed

Kled being broken has nothing to do with that.

no i wont stop cause nerf was unjustified and to please silvers who buy skins cause they dont know not to chase singed.singed in high mmr is still underpowered

let me explain you 55% win rate from my personal expirience at start of season 7 i got to diamond 2 in 40 wins.when adc meta came and singed gut super weak i dropped to diamond 5 on my smurf it took me 300 wins just to get to diamond(im diamond for 5 years and every year i get to diamond in less than 50 wins till adc meta came) so after patch all singed mains like me started to go back to rank they belong.new singed is op in lower ranks and up in high ranks.but riot doesnt care cause 80% community is silver and thats 80% of their income so they please silvers with patches.thats why they didnt nerf fiora for like 1 year cause she suck in silver and she is broken in high mmr

well actually his wr is getting higher the higher elo you look.

he isn't "OP in lower ranks" only, from what i've seen he performs pretty well in high elo too.
