It has been pretty long since someone has made a post on this and champions have been buffed/debuffed so i wanna know
what's the champion with the most potential of being the fastest with or without a passive.
I know Yi has the highest base speed and stuff but every time i play him
I can never get as fast as like warwick while still having a decent build.
So tell me who is the fastest.

in there and she could easily break 1K.
Rammus has the highest move speed potential, followed by Hecarim. Some honorable mentions are Zilean, Warwick and Quinn.

I think rammus has the record for highest movespeed with his q and all his allies giving him things. Q Max rammus is also extremely good at getting around there map.
Sa kayn with his buffed e can pretty much be everywhere at once. Use mobi boots and youmoo's for tons of movespeed even after only using your e.

Well it depends on what type of speed you like,constant speed or just a burst of speed? Besides,why do you need speed?You can be good without it.
