Toxic Trollers.

Ughh.... I've gotten very rage infuriated because of ranked. I go jungle, I get invaded at the start and then that sets me back because there whole team is there and me and ekko died.. Ok... So it didnt go so well, but then I go to blue because I still have that atleast, I farm a bit... All my teams lanes are pushed up. My bot lane gets ganked and dies. Then I get blamed for not ganking even though I couldn't because they were pushed up. This kind of stuff has happened 2 games in a row and I know thats not alot but I dont wanna lose any more games because of it. Any tips about this or anything useful? I would love help.
