So I wanna know what character is the fastest, Mobility wise and/or quickness. I wanna be able to catch up to people when im chasing or run away but I recently saw Katarina since she can teleport to her blade. But It still has a pretty long cooldown and you can reset it with your blades but those have a cooldown aswell.. So who do you think I should be, should I stick with Kat or play someone else?
There are lots of dudes that are fast.
has a blink ult on like a 6 second cd
has a blink q and a sped ult
has good speds
also good speds, but not as good as hecarim
has an ult to make him immune to cc. its pretty solid
jumps over walls and shit
has a movement spd buff towards low health enemies
has a movement spd buff towards low health allies
really there's a lot of mobility in league, but most of it is special in it's own way.
