Nerf Jhin to oblivion

I get against a Jhin EVERY game. Result ? Hard carry because of how broken his kit is. 2 Shot everyone either with 4th hit, or Ult, this is plain stupid.

He's nowhere near broken. He's strong, perhaps slightly a bit too much so with the armorpen build, but he himself is fine.

Learn to play against him.

Because it's an automatic crit built into his kit and also does more damage the less health you have because it's an execute.

Because you probably don't have anywhere near 1000 health when it executes you since it's % missing health + crit.
