The promos matchmaker is undoubtedly biased to be completely stacked against whomever is in promotionals

Yes I am salty, but with good reason. In season 6 I literally didn't even have to take promos to silver (it just autoranked me because my MMR was so high) In season 7 I solo carried with veigar (67% winrate over 69 games) and easily blasted through promos and got to Gold 4 Now I literally can't get out of silver because every time I go into promos I just get raped by the matchmaker.

Please, I encourage you guys to look at my recent two games of Ezreal in Ranked Solo during my promos to G5

I know that, as a silver player, my gameplay is not perfect. However, in game 1 I got an S- rank and singlehandedly stalled the game out until the enemies outscaled. I also had the second highest damage dealt in the game. But riot decided that because I was in promos I am not allowed to win. I had a feeding 3/8 rengar top, 1/8 jungle, 1/5 blitzcrank, and a Chinese lux that refused to communicate with us and instead replied "kys"

In the second game it was less bad, but still absolutely unfair. My jungler didnt connect until 1 minute into the game, and as he connected, my support dced for the next 3 minutes of laning. My support and mid lane (jayce btw) ended up feeding, and jungle/top went even. I won lane even though my support disconnected again in the middle of the lane, died, and didn't come back for five minutes. This game I had the most damage in the entire match

Additionally, in the second game my jungler ADMITTED TO ALSO BEING IN G5 PROMOS. Like it is so obvious that the matchmaker gave us a game that we couldn't win.

I'm likely going to suspend playing ranked until the summer when I actually have time to grind out 100 games like Riot wants me to. Everyone in plat+ is either extremely good or is decent enough for the rank but with 500+ matches played.

I tend to do really well in ranked but since I don't play it that much its just a struggle getting back to gold this season.

and I haven't just "gotten bad." My gameplay is much better than when I was in Gold 4.

its just silver in general, i had 2 games in a row yesterday where my mid laners went a combined 0/15/9 (they were 0/6/6 and 0/9/3) where our team had 30 kills. They had less than 33% kill participation. I have been on a straight plunge from silver 1 promos to 4 where i get very off meta picks (irelea jungle) with just bad teammates that i cant carry because we lose too early. The amount of DC or afk or just people who get crapped early on my teams been destroying me lately.
