Does Ranked in preseason count towards your ranked score in the regular season.
If i play ranked in the preseason, does that in anyway, shape or form effect my ranked score for the upcoming season?

Not enough to matter honestly. So don't sweat it. Placements always tend to put you way lower than usual anyways, and I doubt even a best case scenario of getting a tier higher, (like plat 5 instead of gold) is going to make much difference on that. Just my opinion and experience. I mean if you are a diamond smurf then yea. But if you are just some random silver player dying to get to gold 5 before the reset in hopes of getting gold placed next season, I woudln't worry about it. Prob. still end up silver unless you win all 10 games.
