Wukong small buff
Can we reduce his mana costs a little bit? Or make his mana pool larger? :3

The problem is, Wukong can buy and sit on sheen, and still be useful along the way. Its not the pool, nor the costs. He just needs a rework.
Riot might keep the ult, but overall, it's just probably better to rework Wukong at some point in the future. As long as CT is not the selected designer.
