i always enjoyed adcs that build more into attackspeed than pure ad, twitch and vayne were always my faves. but twitch isnt really mobile, he can only get 6 stacks and his ult is "hard to land" because enemys have to line up + his waveclear is bad even with runaans kalista has better waveclear. so i gotta ask. would you guys say kalista>>>twitch?

Kalista is a kiting/utility adc with a powerful initiate tool when her support throws themselves into the enemy with a knockup and amazing dragon control by timing her stack detonation with the jungler's smite. She keeps herself safe in a fight with her dashes but is constantly applying damage to anyone she can get her hands on until she can finish a target off with the stack pop. As far as adcs go, her damage is only so-so and she makes up with it through personal safety and utility. In terms of role she's closest to Ashe (kiting, utility, initiation) and in terms of playstyle I think she feels similar to Vayne (dash, auto, dash, auto, dash, auto)
Twitch is a mobile turret adc that needs protection from his team but can output the damage. He uses his stealth to find the perfect placement and moment in a fight to turn on his ult and just go off on everyone for a ridiculous amount of damage over a relatively short window. He needs protection but his damage potential is off the charts in team fights. The adcs he is closest to are Miss Fortune (hugely impactful AoE damage through ult) or Kog'maw (ridiculously long auto range within a certain window that benefits greatly from having allies peel for you)

So what you're saying is, why play twitch when rengar has the better stealth? or better yet, why play vayne when eve has a perma stealth?
Those champions fulfill different things, stop trying to compare.

maxaroni1181 votesnope shes been nerfed just this patch so now her base atk spd and her atk spd growth is shit and twitch is actually wayyy better anyway cuz he crits hard, lifesteals all that shit, then fucks up the back line with his ult, and can clean up with his q stealth
roaming as twitch is more rewarding and his e range is slightly longer than that of kalista's rend so actually twitch is waaay better, he is just not meta and is a solo carry adc not rlly in need of a support except to keep him alive
kalista plays around her support being tanky and having lots of cc so she can stack her rend spears to one shot the enemy lol i still like twitch wayy better and he does just so much more mid to late game
also kalista and twitch have pretty even lane phases except for the fact the twitch is the only adc with a good escape and kalista is one of the more easily ganked adc's i know.

They may play somewhat similarly in the sense they both build attack speed and use stacks but Kalista is more aimed towards kiting for a while and then popping her opponents, while Twitch is more aimed towards surprising the opponent(s) with his sudden presence and ult AoE Damage.
