Dancing Grenade should 'Spot' enemies
I love Jhin and have been playing him almost religiously over the past few days. His thematic is fantastic. I can really feel his concept shine through his appearance, his play style and some of his more meaningful quotes that get me excited to play him every time.
However, one thing I've noticed when playing him is that Dancing Grenade doesn't 'spot' enemies like your E or basic attacks.
Was this an intentional design choice? Because it would make sense to spot enemies with the grenade. Planning a beautiful death is what Jhin does.
"The minions are low. A picture of perfection begins to take shape: an enemy carelessly going for the brutal slaughter of an allied minion in their avarice and forgetting their positioning. Jhin fires the Grenade, and grants the gauche enemy minions an exquisite death. One bounce; Two bounces; Three bounces. The Fourth bounce arcs upwards and the enemy realises their mistake, but it's too late. As the Grenade Lands, Jhin senses the moment and fires a Deadly Flourish. The enemy stands captivated, unable to move, as Jhin fires the fourth shot from his gun and in their final moment provides meaning to an otherwise pitiful existence. A work of art truly to be remembered."
Badly written visualisation aside, I feel like Dancing Grenade 'spotting' could be a nice little addition in lane and reward Jhin for managing his Dancing Grenade placement onto enemies, rather than simply using it to clear waves and pick up the occasional CS while reloading. It would also give him a little bit more power in certain situations without touching his damage.
