You will literally only be able to play shield champs top. Riven, Sion, Urgot, Shen, Viktor, etc...
Champs without a shield will very likely lose lane more. Why do you need to make a rune like this when there isn't a rune to counter its power? this is literally how to force a meta 101
Do Viktor and Riven even build the health necessary to make this rune useful?
The most damage it can deal based off health, when not acounting for overgrowth, is about 182, calculated using an Ornn that has a shield based on 12% max hp and 6 Warmog’s. Riven and Viktor will rely mostly on the shield strength ratio..and it still won’t do nearly as much. Grasp deals more, as do most other offensive runes that are no longer as inefficient due to tree stats.
Having Nautilus in meta again is nice, its been a looong while.
currently does not proc it (could be a bug) but would think he could use it.
I'm excited to take it on my top lane Taric. Taric will be able to proc it on cooldown.
