Sitting at a 53% win rate.

His Q is way too fast.
His Q effect lasts so long his pressure is stupid.

The base damage of his abilities is way too high for low levels. This leads to him building tanky earlier on. His old build used to be black cleaver because he needed that damage. He had to go phage first. Now they don't have to because he already has that damage. Furthermore, phage stacked with his Q is a little broken as well. It isn't fair to go versus him unless your pick completely counters his. And that is very rare. It's even at a point where a teemo does not stand any chance. That's just stupid.

Nerf the champion please. Or rework him but give him a REAL rework. none of that juggernaut shit.

49% winrate with 2.5% pickrate. considering the low pick rate which indicates that hes really only played by a few mains at higher mmr, hes actually still on the weak side.

i dont know where youre taking a 53% winrate from, but its probably including lower divisions, which are entirely irrelevant when it comes to champion balance.

Garen is OP the same way Kata is OP. The worse their opponents, the stronger they are.

That also goes for Shaco in a way, but since having bad map awareness is still enough for challenger, there is no cure for it

It's not that he's op. It's that his kit is forgiving to bad players. Like when I am just having the worst games I pick garen top because if they go on me I just e spin away.
