I would literally pay to either have TB back or be able to pick one role in Dynamic

As a mid main who only really plays mid I've been very frustrated with the game lately. It has become almost impossible to play mid in this game without having a 5 man premade. I main Morgana which means my most reasonable role after mid is support. Now if I pick mid/support my queue pops instantly with getting support 90% of the time, and I very rarely get to practice my main role.

I don't mind playing Morg support but when I have to play it every game and never get mid it becomes quite frustrating and not fun to play. I get that support is a much in-demand role, but why even call it primary and secondary if you just only get the most needed role every time? The thing is it wouldn't be so bad if only ranked were like this and we had some other option to guarantee role and champ. But since they took Teambuilder out that doesn't exist anymore. In the past if I wasn't getting mid in ranked or whatever I could go to teambuilder and just guarantee that I would get to practice it. I didn't care much about the queue time.

I want to like this game, I don't really want to quit but it just isn't fun when i log in to league now knowing that I only have like a 20% chance of even playing the role I like that day.

Here's a few things I think they should do to make this better-

1. Bring teambuilder back so people have a way of guaranteeing champ and role instead of doing a coin toss every time for their role

2. Allow people to queue for only one role. Put some kind of tooltip if you want that tells players that those who choose only one role will experience longer queues. I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that I wouldn't mind waiting a few more minutes to play the role that I actually main.

3. Incentivize people to play whatever role is in short supply at any given time (support mostly) by offering a 10% IP bonus or something like that. That way there won't be as much of a shortage of support players.

I am sure there are a lot of people who main one particular role and would not mind waiting a few extra minutes for their main role. I would literally pay money to be able to play mid in this game again.
