Nerf all of the 450 champs

Lots of the games that I play I see 450 champs running around and racking up kills for slamming their head on their keyboards. Lots of 450 champs are op, for example: Master Yi, Warwick, Garen, Sivir, Ashe (somewhat), Annie, Soraka, and Ryze. If they get one kill they automatically get fed. Master Yi just needs a statikk shiv then he can kill everybody with one q. Garen is so frickin op for 1 v 1 with his stupid forever silence. Annie has infinite stun and range. Riot please nerf these champions, they just ruin the ranked scene for everybody else.

They have simple kits and straightforward counterplay except for annie xD.

Annie has simple counter play aswell, simple but hard to execute against a smart player. Its all about baiting stuns and building MR.

Well with Annie, its a bit more complicated than that. You can build mr, but chances are she will get a voidstaff, thus making a lot of that mr useless. Her skills are short range but all of them are easy to hit and have low CDs. So to me the best counterplay is stay out of range and kill her when she cant stun.

if you can manage a miscast on stun tibbers you are solid on jumping on her and killing her though.

other than that, there are still champs that beat him 1on1.
