Whenever an item gets a little weaker but cheaper, I get quite excited actually. Champions who rely on that slow are now getting it *that much faster ---
should all be quite happy to have a little less stats late game but a constant slow much sooner, Morde especially!
Does anyone else benefit from this big time?

The only champions that "benefited" from the Rylai's change are the champions that it was used against.

The only champions that "benefited" from the Rylai's change are the champions that it was used against.
Some champions were already using it with a 20% slow anyway and being 600g cheaper makes it appealing despite some loss in stats, especially to poor support types and those who also use it in tandem with Liandry's for the damage.

The price cut doesn't make up for the gutted slow. What's the point of grtting an item "that much faster", if it doesn't do shit?

well Singed already worked with the 20% slow portion of the item so he really doesn't care about the item not having 40% slow... same goes for Heimer and any other pet user in the game.

Maybe vlad's efficacy got nerfed, but most of his damage will be coming from EWR, which are all 1 second 20% slow spells.
The slow literally was untouched for them. The ones who got gutted would be say
